Aluminum Cans
for Burned Children
Aluminum Cans for Burned Children (ACBC), founded by dedicated Cleveland firefighters, thrives on community engagement by financing its noble mission through the recycling of aluminum cans.
We channel these funds into comprehensive fire prevention education initiatives, empowering the public, hosting camps, and providing invaluable support to burn survivors in their journey towards recovery.

Linda Powers Kunze
It is with great sadness that we mourn the loss of Linda Powers Kunze (November 27, 1961 – December 05, 2025).
Linda has been a huge supporter and volunteer for ACBC for more than 30 years. Her dedication and passion were instrumental to the success of our summer and winter camps for burn survivors. Always going above and beyond to support the children, Linda's energy, passion, and organization were unmatched.
She will be greatly missed by all her ACBC friends and family and the many lives she touched.
Linda's obituary can be found here. Please consider a memorial donation in Linda's honor.
